When placing an order, the following information must be provided to ensure that your request is processed accurately and efficiently: product name, complete model number, control coil voltage specification, type of mounting frame required, whether you require an auxiliary contact, and what you wish to order quantity.

For example, if you order a DC contactor, you can specify the following: “DC Contactor CZW100A/24V, 100 pieces”. This indicates that you need a product with a rated load current of 100A, without auxiliary contacts, and with the default mounting bracket. Additionally, you specify that for these 100-piece orders, the coil control voltage should be 24V.

If you have special requirements for voltage specifications that differ from the standard product, please note that these can be met by special order. We encourage you to communicate any specific needs or preferences you may have so that we can provide you with the best product for your application.
